AfriCanada Economic Summit Group Events Image Rights Protection Clause
By attending AfriCanada Economic Summit Group events and related activities, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Photography and Videography Consent
You grant AfriCanada Economic Summit Group (“AfriCanada”) and its authorized representatives the right to capture, record, and store your image, likeness, and voice through photography, videography, and other recording methods during the event.

Usage Scope
You authorize the AfriCanada Economic Summit Group to use, reproduce, and publish such photographs and recordings for the following purposes, without restriction:

Referencing and documenting AfriCanada’s activities and programs.

Promoting future AfriCanada events, initiatives, and programs.

Inclusion in AfriCanada’s business, investment, and trade-related publications and promotional materials, including but not limited to brochures, reports, websites, social media platforms, newsletters, and investment or trade documentaries.

Ownership and No Compensation
All images and recordings will remain the property of the AfriCanada Economic Summit Group. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and agree that no compensation will be provided for the use of your image or likeness as described.

Data Protection
AfriCanada Economic Summit Group will handle your personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws, and the use of images and recordings will be aligned with its mission to promote Canada–Africa business, trade, and investment engagement.
